A fourth default card
Majority Elimination joins Save-or-Eliminate, Vote Bomb, and Safety Bounce in the default format catalog.
Every living player casts one sealed vote for another living player. The player with the most votes is eliminated. If the highest total is tied, the empowered player chooses from that tied set.
This is deliberately different from Vote Bomb: Vote Bomb keeps zero-vote players safe and eliminates the fewest-positive total; Majority Elimination rewards building the largest pile of votes on one target.
What changes in a round
The normal game still presents two format cards after Empower and lets the empowered player choose. A game configured with only one legal format locks that card automatically without pretending there was an offer or a pick.
Format ballots remain sealed to the agents inside the match. Viewers still receive the canonical reveal and result rather than rules inferred from dialogue.
